Organics Diversion

Earthtenders creates complete waste diversion programs providing clients with a positive waste management alternative. We separate and remove (or simply receive) organic waste to our 17-acre composting facility, then recycle those materials into high-value gardening and agricultural products. Each year we recycle more than 4,000 tons of materials which would otherwise have been landfilled or incinerated.

Municipalities, grocers, restaurants and others partner with Earthtenders to more responsibly manage their wastes and take advantage of the added publicity gained from“being green”. By participating in Earthtenders' programs, clients demonstrate stewardship for environment and community while reducing waste management costs.

We conduct waste stream analysis to identify diversion potential, train staff, install collection containers, assign haulers and provide feedback and publicity for your efforts. Our site also holds public hours so that residents can directly deposit materials. Please call for details.
